Overall, we had a pretty great experience. I know the process for our home purchase wasn’t the realtor’s dream, but Melanie handled it like a champ and at the end of it, she made sure we were able to get any issues resolved. As I stated previously, Melanie worked diligently (even while on vacation) to be sure we were able to get thru the challenges.
